Good for small fresh to semi fresh spots.. not good for set in stains

We purchased this not to clean our whole carpet, but to clean those spill spots and mud marks that appear ever so often. This is exactly what we wanted. Its small and can be running rather quickly. Its perfect for spot cleaning, don't be thinking you will be cleaning larger areas

I saw this on youtube and this was really a good purchase. It's perfect for cleaning up minor and moderate spills. I've been able to give my section and good clean as well as use it for spills on my new carpet. This is defintely on of my best purchases from Bestbuy!

Works well for cleaning our couch. I wish that there were better instructions in the box on how to actually use it to clean items. This was first time I have used something like this and was a little lost on the proper way to do it.

This steamer is amazing! After an experience with a very sick dog which got into a few things it shouldn’t have, I can say this machine is awesome. It made quick work of cleaning up some horrific messes, and saved me from having to replace my carpet!

Luckily we've only used it on two small spots, no complaints thus far

What you were looking for a small shampooer for doing couches and car interior found this one it works great have done lots of shampooing with it can't ask for anything more especially for the price

This little guy is worth the money. We had a little apartment and a little dog who was fast and had a big bladder. This machine helped with training and did exactly what it advertised. I just kind of wished we had room to keep a bigger machine.

Not a bad spot cleaner. We were wanting one that you could sit on a spot and leave it, but inadvertently bought this one which requires you to manually control the cleaning. We decided to keep it, and it seems to do a good job.

I bought this to clean my cloth seats in my car. It is much easier to use in a tight space vs the pet Bissell or a larger upright steamer. I use a little vinegar and cleaning solution and my seats are clean. The car smells fresher as well. I run a fan overnight and it's dry by the morning.

my fiancee got paint on a carpet i got this to try and get it out after using all other kinds of stuff it this take out the lighter spots and removed most of a big stain but it is still there. finding cleaning solution for the portables is hard in store big down side

I wish it did hard floors, works well on furniture and throw rugs.

Excellent for cleaning small spots in a carpet, especially pet related. Easy to clean all parts and is easily stored in small places. Portability is great and it holds a good amount of cleaning solution/water mix

Purchased this to clean up some carpets in my house and also clean the seats in my car and it works great for both! Very easy to use pretty much just fill it and use it like a hose on a vacuum. Tank has good capacity and I was able to clean 2 seats in my car and some carpet stains on half a tank!

The Bissell handheld is very good for spot cleaning, with a few attachments to handle different types of carpet. Note that the water must be pored in hot, as the unit does not heath the water.

I bought this product to clean a mattress in my house it works great. It comes with 2 sample bottles of solution that are great I am going to buy the bigger size bottles. My wife used it on an old rug and it cleaned all the old spots and brightened the color. I would received it.

I bought it to clean the carpet in my vehicles. It worked great. On one vehicle I had to have my husband hold it as the hose was too short but for the rest, it worked perfectly. The tank was the right size to do each area that I needed for the job I was doing.

It's my 2nd product from Bissell. I have nothing negative to say about. Works as advertised
