I got this to clean kid and pet stains. And I have to say it works well. Definitely met my expectations.

I have two cats, seems to clean up lovely pet spots very well.

This is a must if you have pets! Our pets are well trained but when one got sick all over our carpet I knew I needed a fix fast - thankfully our local store had this in stock and it worked wonders!

This vacuum is awesome. I specifically purchased this to clean my entryway carpet and it does the job every time. The water penetrates into stains and once I scrub it out the vacuum removes all dirt and water leaving the carpet in brand new condition.

I used this to clean my large sofa from dog hair and paw prints. It cleaned well, though didnt pick up the moisture as much as I had hoped. I'll be using more in the hopes that perhaps it was just user error.!

Another well-built Bissell carpet cleaner. I bought this to clean areas that the professional carpet cleaner didn’t get very well. It was pretty effective, especially at the edges near the baseboards that the pros had left with a darkened dust line. This made the carpet look much newer. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it didn’t seem to heat the water very well. I could feel the tank was warm (I filled with warm water), but the solution the comes out doesn’t seem heated at all. I’m not sure, but I think the only “heater” for the water is the heat from the operation of the electric motor. Maybe it’s just my machine, but I doubt it.

This deep cleaner really works! It cleaned stains that I thought would never be cleaned.

we bought this to spot clean our rugs when the pets had accident's ,ready for use fast and cleans and deodorizes quickly .we had a larger unit ,but it was cumbersome and got in the way while not in use. This is small ,easy to store and fits the bill for quick easy cleanning

Good for small areas. Quick to use and cleanup is simple. Friend has borrowed and both of us found cleanup after our kids is easier with this. Works well if you go over spots multiple times.

With a small dog I had plenty of carpet stains. After watching a few YouTube videos, I not only cleaned carpet areas, but couch cushions. Next I'm going to tackle the spots on the stairs!

Necessary item in any home. Perfect for small and larger jobs. Don't know how we did without it.

Seems to work ok for small jobs like steps/furnit.

It cleans well but it is noisy. I have a pet so she will have an accident here and there. I usually soak the soiled carpet with the solution and let it sit for a while then I use the machine.

We have a beige couch. The spot where I always sit became pretty obvious after a while. I bought this and it removed all of the dirt, sweat, etc. from excessive use. I will keep this around and look forward to using it on the upholstery of my car.

This little carpet cleaning maching was just OK. It did the job for the most part but the setup, handling and clean up was more hassle than it was worth. The different brushes didn't seem to make a difference and it only added unncessary complexity in my opinion. Unfortunately the machine died (didn't suction) after less than a year. Thankfully I had geek squad protection, which I recommend for these types of products. I ditched this and got a larger upright type carpet cleaner (Hoover, not Bissell).

Great for spot cleaning. I’ve done mattresses and my car carpets. Works well

Got three cats so needless to say there's is always something to clean up. This does a great job on what comes out of cats that shouldn't come out on carpet, if you know what I mean. Haven't had a spot yet that won't come up. Great on stairs and furniture too
