Handle broke the first week, but BB gave me a new unit. Cleaner works well although you have to push down on the suction unit to really get all the liquid up, that's why the handle broke. Machine does the job though.

This is a nice, simple compact spot cleaner. Easy to use, seems well built, and does a good job cleaning spots. You're not going to shampoo a carpet with it, but great for spills and pet stains.

This bissell product is a good product, but it could be better. The warmer for the clean water could heat a bit more and there should be more attachments for different types of carpet/upholstery, as there is only two. Overall it is a great product which is light and relatively powerful for its size. It is a bit of a strain to clean carpets and upholstery in my car as pushing the hose to spray and then suck up the dirty water is rather tiring to clean the whole car at once. I was impressed by how dirty the water in the second tank became though.

Easy to fill and empty. Cleans well...just be slow and go over several times to extract the water. Most carpet cleaners aren't built for durability, and this one is in the same category. But for under $100 it's a great value.

Great product works great. Small but powerful. I purchased due to my 4 year olds accidental juice spills and occasional pet stains. I was tiered of hauling the big carpet cleaner out for such small spots. Not to mention the waisted cleaner when using the big carpet cleaner. I purchased this and it is perfect small, light, easy to store, and very powerful. Great product I would purchase again if I had to.

Does a great job of sucking up liquids. It is easy to use and quick to clean up. I like the small and slim design. It isn't as bulky as my old one. My only issue is with putting it away, the cord and the hose have to go on a certain way. We both wish they didn't dance around each other. I'm hoping the hose holder doesn't break as it feels flimsy. I have not filled the tank with cleaner so I do not know how that part feels and have no comments on how that works.

I've used this to clean up small peepee accidents from a 3 month old kitten. It works great. My only complaint is that I wish this had stronger suction so that the carpet could be dryer after cleaning. Otherwise this is a great buy, one of the best portable carpet cleaners on the market!

I don’t have room to store a bulky carpet cleaner...so this purchase was a perfect size. It works well.

Does what I need it to do for small spots. Easy and light to carry. It is a bit too loud but the sound is manageable.

Easy to use and very effective. I had 2 spots that I needed to clean both were food, chocolate on the couch and soda on the carpet. They both were removed with this machine.

This spot cleaner does the job. We have been fans of these little devices for years. Some of the negatives in the past is being able to thoroughly clean it out afterwards. Let's face it, you are cleaning up some pretty nasty stuff sometimes. This model breaks down very well allowing you to really clean it out and get rid of all the crud so that it doesn't become a smelly mess. Good job Bissell.

After researching I decided to buy the portable shampooer. I have used it several times and find it nice and compact and easy to use

Removed stains on rug and stairs to basement that were pretty dirty. I think I needed a different product for the stairs because it’s hard in my back bending that long and i cleaned them in two different days. I had to start again with hot water and the solution. I was too tired to finish first time so had to dump left over solution. Overall, it does clean. Haven’t tried upholstery yet

It works well in small spaces and small areas. Great for little spots on rugs and carpets.

This really pulls up the dirt out of fabrics and carpet. This is great for tight areas and automobiles. Lightweight and easy to use. Wished there were a few more attachments for cleaning cars. If you clean a lot of carpet, get a larger machine.
