The spot cleaner works as well as it says it does on small spots. I have a female dog that is having accidents and they are somewhat large but it cleans it up nicely.

It's the perfect size for doing spot cleaning or working on stairs. It's been used a lot since we got it, and have enjoyed having something smaller to clean with.

Love this spot vac. Literally soaks up anything in the carpet. Originally got it for my puppy making messes but its great or any cleaning.

This little vaccum does its job. The way it just pulls all the dirt from inside the seats and also removes spots with ease. Real good product.

I had an older Bissell spot cleaner that died recently. I hoped that the newer version would be as good. I can say its way better! It forces the cleaning solution into the densest carpet with ease and extracts the water far better than my previous cleaner. It does go through a reservoir pretty quickly, which isn't an issue if you are only cleaning one or two small spots.

Am using this machine on an older carpet at the office, on worn areas that attract the dirt - it has done a perfect job of making the carpet look much better.

With small dogs I needed something to remove stains and spots on carpets and rugs. It does pretty well, but is a lot of work on your hands and knees if there are multiple areas to tackle. When I first got it, I found the directions to be a bit confusing so I looked at a couple of YouTube videos for clarification. I think that I would rather use an upright spot clean than crawling around on the floor.

Bought this to clean pet prints from white carpet. Takes a little time but cleans these dirt marks well.
