it took a little bit to figure it out but it really does have a good sucking action for a small spot area. just once it get's to a quarter of the water filled in the container, a pop sound happens and it stops sucking till the container is emptied. due to this, it takes awhile to do a large spot that has a lot of water on it.

The product works good, easy to use. The price was perfect to get it immediately.

Poor design, doesn't produce enough suction. A quarter of the solution used was returned into the dirty tank which means all the other water is in my futon still. The cleaning wand is a two piece design that connects to the vacuum hose. There are no positive seals on any of the surfaces for the vacuum which means there's lots of suction being lost. The wand continues to leak water after you release the button and will get everywhere. I owned a bissell little green machine back in The 90's and it was a quality product that I used for about a decade. Now it's just how cheap can we build it and most people won't return or complain. I just boxed it up and will be returning it today. I had to use towels on my futon because it's so soaked and the unit doesn't produce enough suction to get it to an acceptable dampness for drying, also the solution is still in it all over the futon because it wasn't properly vacuumed up. I used a couple white rags to start drying it up and the dirt coming up on the rags showed me it did little to actually clean the futon. I bought this unit to spot clean after my toddler's, and to clean and detail my cars on the weekends. I have no confidence that it will do either. My recommendation is to not buy this product and maybe their more expensive ones are better.

I seriously love Mommy Bissell. It gets the job done and does a serious clean on my microfiber couch. The only issue is that it always and I mean ALWAYS leaks once I use after the first time and I don’t know why. If this issue can be addressed then I’d definitely rate it five starts then.

Great little unit, bought it for small projects, just wish it came m ok re attachments like a longer hose and etc

This deep cleaner works really great, on fresh stains it does work wonders, but Older stains not so much

Used this to pull out the cigarette smell out of a vehicle. Evdn on the headliner. Worked awesome.
