I found the spot cleaner easy to use and light weight. I use it on the stairs and it’s a perfect size to fit on each step.

Realizing that after our move, we couldn't find our old spot cleaner. Reviewed the options and decided this would fit the bill. It is simple to use and very effective. I like that it doesn't have an integral water heater, rather you use hot water from the tap. Given that this is for spot cleaning, I don't feel you need the additional complexity/cost/weight for an heated unit. This has more than meet my expecations.

The product works very well. It is easy to set up and use. It is light enough to be call portable as claimed. The only reason it is not rated 5 stars is due to the removable holding tanks. Filling and emptying of the containers is easy enough, but the drain plugs are located in strange location for draining and cleaning purposes. Other then that the product has been working great on a daily basis.

For less than the cost of renting a popular rug cleaning machine twice, I was able to purchase this workhorse. With the greatest of ease it drew out the 3 day old pet stain along with literally countless others. The rug was transformed to a shade I had long since forgotten about - it's original. Fantastic machine and note that Best Buy's daily price is/was lower than at least 2 other major retailers.

I bought this for my couch after my older dog had some accidents. This worked great and was super easy to use and clean.

Its a great cleaner for small stains. It cleans pet stains very well, and is compact enough to use in cars/trucks. It would be 5 stars but the suction isn't as good as I thought. You have to really take your time to get the liquid up

I bought this to clean my micro fiber sofas. Really happy with the results, it's like I have new sofas. This tiny machine kicks butt!

This is very easy to put together and it got red wine out!

The machine will do the job but there are a couple to be aware of with this item. First the collection tank is a bit small and therefore needs to be emptied more than I would like. Second the collection tank does not always fit properly which reduces the suction. That being said when everything is working properly it does a very good job.

I was looking for an inexpensive solution for spot cleaning my carpets. With 2 aging cats and 2 children, carpet stains frequently occur at a titime when I am unable to get to them right away. This cleaner works great on fresh stains and did a better than expected job on some older stains. I couldn't be happier with this product.

Great small appliance for those spills that don't warrant a big, bulky cleaner & no need for alot if storage space. Very easy to use and lightweight; a big plus for those with back issues.

I would recommend used for pet stains an it worked great. Is light weight an easy to use.

I had the original version Bissell "Green Machine" for 15 years before the hose broke. I picked up this newer version to replace it. They improved the attachments to work on deep pile carpets. You can use this to clean up almost anything. I use it on my car seats and rugs. Awesome product. Easy to use. Just buy it.

I was looking for a compact deep cleaner and this fit the bill. It is light and easy to operate. It cleans better than the larger deep clean machine I have.

I purchase this to clean a stain on my sofa and it worked beautifully. Since there was solution left in the machine I decided to try cleaning a spot of my carpet. This spot had been there for a few years and came up with no problem at all. Highly recommend for any household.

Just want to say this first, the "Pro-heat" thing you see on the label is just a marketing gimmick. This does not heat the water, the instructions simply tell you to add hot(not boiling) water to the reservoir. But, with that said, it still does a great job of cleaning the carpets. I used it to clean every bit of upholstery and carpeting in my truck. Even the headliner without having to take the headliner out. It was a little awkward for me to contort in a way to effectively clean the headliner but the mobility of this unit definitely helps make it possible! The two brush types are nice, but only for the size difference, they both seem to clean the same. All in all I"d buy it again. Only gripe I have is the clean/dirty water reservoirs could be a little bigger. but maybe I'm just trying to clean a larger area than this is intended for. It's mostly for spot cleaning, not whole house/vehicle cleaning...but it works if you're patient and have a lot of free time!

I purchased this in order to try to clean some carpeting. Although it is not recommended to use for large rooms, it worked well for the small amount of carpet space that I needed to clean (about 3 feet by 8 feet). I was surprised at how much dirt and grime it was able to pick up. Kinda nasty dumping it out thinking all that gunk was in the carpet but it did a great job.

This product does what it’s intended, clean small stains. However if you’re trying to clean/remove anything bigger than a 5”x5” square, your arm/wrist will probably start hurting. If you want to clean a bigger spot, you may as well get the bigger push version.
