Easy to use and cleans excellent we have dogs and it cleans up excellent

The ONLY downside to this mini carpet cleaning machine is that you have to use it in a hunched or kneeling position, but you know that before you purchase it, AND It's worth a little extra effort. This is much easier to store, unlike huge stand-up machines. The results are extremely clean carpets. I used the recommended deep cleaning liquid soap. Very satisfied!

It took the stain right out. :-) It is fairly lightweight and easy to use.

This cleaner is easy to use and the portability is great for cleaning car upholstery and spot cleaning the sofa. Living where all flooring is tile had no need for a full size steam cleaner. Perfect for cleaning up after kids (and probably pets too).

Easy to set up and use. Worked great on carpet spots. Tried on dining room upholstered chair seats and not as good a result but could have been the seat condition. Drawbacks are cord length not long enough and can't remove all water from containers.

This thing definitely surprised me. Our cat decided to leave a little "present" for us on our brand new carpet. I had just purchased this cleaner, hadn't even unboxed it yet but couldn't think of a better opportunity. Simple to set up, came with solution, and really destroyed the stain. Powerful suction and spotless results!

I bought this to deal with the occasional pet stain (cat hairballs, etc) and it works great. It's easy to use and gives a much deeper clean than a simple wet vac

We got this unit to clean our couch after some dog accidents--it seemed more economical than renting a grocery store steam cleaner. Pretty easy to use and store. Now I use it in the car and door mats. A great product for a dog owner that has other benefits.

Works great on carpets, upholstery, and car interiors. Remember to fill with hot water and pretreat tough stains with cleaner fluids and a scrub brush. I have been able to remove all stains to my satisfaction.

I have 3 pets and for some reason they take turns ruining my carpet. I bought this to clean small spaces and in my opinion it works better than the big bulky ones if you need to just clean a spot or two.

My couch had start to look like and old beaten couch due to family and children. I needed to either clean or replace the couch. To avoid purchasing another couch to be soiled, I purchased the Bissell spot clean. It saved me the time and prevented the destruction of another couch

I like the size & that all accessories can be stored on machine for easy storage, I'm just not fond of the difficulty of measuring the clean solution for small clean ups. It's a little difficult to measure.

ok, i have a cat problem. she loves to relieve herself at the same spot on the staircase carpet. my normal size carpet cleaner is to heavy to be carried up and down the stairs, so this briefcase size cleaner works well for this situation. it pull out dirt from the carpet that you don’t know exist, and with the supplied sample solution, it makes the carpet smell nice also. running it without pulling the trigger also speed up drying time. nozzle is easy to disassemble, to clean the lint that get trapped over time. so, this is a very handy specific duty tool that’s very useful for my need.

Bought it to clean up after a new puppy. Works well to clean up accidents. While it may be a pain, it is good to clean out the waste water after each event. If you forget and let it sit it will smell really bad.

We bought the deep cleaner for our little apartment. We don't have much carpeted areas so it made it easier to decide on this for our spot cleaning needs. We have two dogs and it does the trick in terms of cleaning up accidents their accidents. It works really well and easy to use!

This device is perfect for the limited tasks it is designed for: spot cleaning and upholstery cleaning and freshening. Not worth buying if you don't have a specific need for it. For what I needed, it worked perfectly and I'm very pleased with the unit.

Best product i have purchase to clean my home. It cleans my sofas-the grime from dirty hands, dirty my dog tracks when he jumps on my sofa, drinks that are spilled. It cleans and make my furniture look new.
