I think Norton is easier to install When this one expires I will buy Norton

This is the WORST software ever. It slowed down my system dramatically and the customer service at BitDefender makes breaking out of SuperMax easier to do than getting in contact with them. They are horrible and I will never purchase this again. A complete waste of money.

Along with our new computers, we decided to get some new protection. While we have good surfing habits, we have family and friends who are not so particular about the sites they visit, the streams they download, and the emails they pass on. It seemed prudent to add a level of security, and Bitdefender has good reviews. Setup was as easy as we expected it to be, but we are pleased with the offerings and the flexibility of the dashboard. There is plenty to see and plenty that we can modify to better fit our needs. We have never had any problems with online banking, but the secure system that Bitdefender offers is a welcome opportunity to bring our security up to a new level. We already subscribe to a VPN service, but Bitdefender has one built in. We very well might be able to save a bit of cash, there. We'll come back and update our review as time passes. So far, we like it.

mediocre performing product with awkward functionality

Difficult install. Don’t know why it is not running after install. I had the free version for another computer and it was very good. Can’t review the paid version as it is not running.

I needed virus protection for my laptop since the trial was expiring. Bitdefender offered 3 device protection for my Windows 10 PC at what I think is a reasonable price. I have only installed it on a laptop since all my other devices are Apple. You can use this on Android devices. Based on what I’ve seen so far, I’m pretty pleased with this, installation was super easy, it offers quick scan, easy access through desktop icon where you can update, manage protection features& privacy features including webcam protection & parental controls. It also suggests critical updates needed for Windows. I’ve also had virus protection in the past where there was a lot of annoying pop ups or the firewall blocked certain things. I haven’t noticed any of those things yet. Overall a good deal.

I have had the software running for the last few weeks and the installation and protection it offers is easy to setup and monitor. It has numerous safety features and the dashboard has the an easy readout and scan feature. I definitely recommend this software, it is much easier to run than the mcafee software I had previously. The VPN and SAFEPAY features come in handy to keep your payment information secure. A great software bundle.

was not happy that I could not install on one of my laptops because I do not have a CD drive in the laptop to install this program. So it is not really the program but the sales man that sold it to me!

I bought it, tried to load it, and no success. A phone number popped up that they would help me for 179.00, Went with it but that is the last time. i would never recommend this program to my worst enemy.

Not worth the money there are better things that do more than just give you a vpn

Do not buy. Customer service is horrible. Use Windows Defender with Malaware bytes or Webroot

Great price but deceptive. VPN included but there's a limit on access.

This was a no "Brainer" when it comes to testing products. I have and use the 2017 edition and just upgraded my other two personal computers and renewed my primary one. The features are pretty standard in the way of what the field offers when it comes to Internet Security software. However, what I will first hand tell you about Bit Defender is that it works. In a year of use, I have had ZERO internet security issues. This leads me to assume it is working flawlessly!!!!
