It only gets in the way when it is supposed to. It is easy to use, doesn't bog down the system, and does what it needs to do without hassle. I have used their tech support a couple of times in the past, but nothing recent. I can say they have been spot on in that area as well in if they are still at the same level the were. Also, I really like the web management interface for all my system. 3 PC, 2 Mac.
