Everything was great—the packaging was neat, the machine itself looks solid, and the setup was super easy. The only downside is that it’s a bit difficult to clean. The container is hard to reach, so it takes more time and effort than I expected.

Basic steamer style dehumidifier. Spits water around the unit while warming up and some does condense on surrounding space after reaching optimum temp.

It does not produce warm mist and the customer support is very bad. I do not recommend this product or this seller at all.
