    So far this coffee maker has worked splendidly. This is the 3rd one we've went through this year and I have high hopes for this one. This is the only one from best buy. But just in case it does die on us, we go through a lot of coffee, we bought the replacement plan for only $9. And for 2 years! That is a good deal to me. Recommend best buy to everyone. And if you can get a best buy credit card, do, it's worth it.

    I love this coffeemaker. I bought it at a deal of the day price. It makes a good pot of coffee and keeps it warm for two hours. I love the programming feature as it makes my coffee ahead of me getting up in the morning. Just prepare the pot, the coffee and the water before bedtime and you’ll wake up to a fresh pot
