I still have high hopes for this product, but this is the 2nd one that I've had to purchase in 3 weeks. The first just randomly died on us. It started as it normally would but then heated up and let of an almost burning smell that was very very faint. Then was when I noticed that it hadn't started to drip coffee like it normally would. I brushed the thought off and went about my day. 20 minutes later, still no coffee. I was so angry, but Best Buy handled it perfectly that day and with no hassle. I was given a replacement with no charge and still kept my warranty for free. So far no issues at all!

My family loves coffee more than most things. I purchased it because theirs broke and it served its purpose just fine. Their most important feature was simply the fact that it kept their coffee hot.

the basic (just turn it on) operation was what I wanted. the simple programmable was what my spouse wanted. a good value for a good drip coffee maker.

I usually use the 4 cup coffee maker, but there was a good buy on this. It has coffee made when I get up in the mornings, so I doon't have to wait to get out the door.

I bought this the day my old coffeemaker stopped working so as not to be without. Unfortunately, I bought in haste to replace the broken one, and I wasn't pleased with this one. The clock is difficult to set and see, and I can't seem to pour a cup of coffee without spilling some. I've since replaced it with a Mr. Coffee that suits my needs better. I did, however, keep this one on hand to use when my new one bites the dust, which eventually they all do.

We purchased a black and decker 12 cup coffee maker. We originally had a keurig but wanted to change to a real coffee pot maker. We are much happier with it and it's much cost effective!

I bought this coffee maker for my office at work. I hate the cheap, watered down coffee they make there. This saves me and everyone else in the morning.

Buy of the day deal. Looks and works perfectly. No issues with online purchase, pickup at store (had a designated parking spot for pickup). All in all, a great buy.

My daughter needed a basic coffee maker, this one is perfect for her needs. It brews quickly, gives the coffee a good flavor and has automatic shut off in case you forget.

I bought this as a Christmas gift, for my wife and I. My daughter now drinks coffee, too! so pleased with the performance and reliability of the programming feature.

Our old toaster was not working right! Found this inside Best Buy and used certificates and cash to purchase. We love it! Cook, toast, and heat food up perfectly!

For $15 on sale, it works and makes coffee. I always buy programmable coffee makers so my morning cup is ready when I get up. Does what it is supposed to!

I couldn't pass up this Black and Decker Programmable coffeemaker for the price offered. I did use it as a gift so I can't comment on how good it works.

I needed a coffee maker to replace an older one, this is ok, does the job. I didn't need a fancy maker with all the bells and whistles.

Not my first Black & Decker coffee machine. I have very hard water and avg. 18 mos. use brewing 3 pots per day. These are excellent value even when not on sale.

I bought this product for my daughter so far she is very happy with it especially the timer she can now wake up to a fresh pot of coffee every morning.

Good Coffee Pot. The hour and min buttons tend to be bumped easily so the time never stays at what its set.
