auto brew quit working at 20 days.

Called manufacturer they said best buy should allow return for exchange . I told them no go BB. They said cut off plug with date code and mail to them with $7.00 for shipping and they would send a new one. I did and promptly received a replacement. Will see how long this one lasts.1 week on new coffee maker. Glad manufacturer stood by their product.
