It is very straight forward, and should you want to bother with alarms and starting a cup of coffee at a certain time in the morning, that is there for you as well.

Good basic coffee maker, very cheap

It's a very basic 12 cup max coffee maker, but it does what it's supposed to--make coffee that's as good as the ground coffee and water you put into it. No problems yet.

Great coffee pot

I have no real issue with it shutting off, however, I feel there should be an option to extend that time. I have it set to start brewing just before I wake up, so I will have coffee ready.

Great Product for the Price

We did not need every whistle and bell included. This B&D coffee maker perfectly matches our needs. It makes a great cup of coffee and has been a very wise investment.

The programming feature works well, and you can also remove the pot and pour a cup before the rest is finished brewing...for those of us who can't wait for that first cup.

But when we entertain we needed a coffee maker for our guests. This has been great and works very well. I like the built in timer. And it looks nice.

Not as Good as my last Black & Decker

Need to use paper towel so coffee does not burn on warmer plate. Water will drip from edge of lid. Button labels hard to read. Need to tilt carafe to remove or you might move the whole unit.

THIS WAS THE MAIN TWO FUNCTIONS I REQUIRED ON MY COFFEE POT. I WAS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED TO DISCOVER THAT THIS POT DOES NOT HAVE EITHER OF THESE FUNCTIONS. IT DID LOOK LIKE A NICE POT, LARGE 12 CUP CARAFE, EASY TO READ BUTTONS, AND IT DID HAVE THE OPTION OF SETTING IT SO IT IS READY FOR YOU IN THE MORNING.

Good coffee maker
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nothing bad to say. The only thing I can say is it is a little sticky when removing pot to pour coffee. The sealing mechanism that allows you to remove the pot while it is making coffee and the top of the pot are a little tight. It comes out okay but a little sticky like I said. Maybe it will "break in" and come out a little smoother. I had a Mr. Coffee in the past with similar feature and it slid right out. I like the auto off feature and the green light (indicating it is still on) can be seen easily.

It's worth every penny. We drink at least a full pot everyday. It just keeps brewing. No fuss. Way better than that $99 one you're looking at. Who needs all those features. I need a coffee maker that makes good coffee consistently. One that shuts itself off after 2 hours when I forget to. This one does that. Even though it doesn't beep when finished brewing or when 2 hours has passed, it's still excellent at what it does do. Fits into nearly all decor, you're gonna love it.
