It was everything I was looking for in a coffee maker: it makes coffee, stays hot, and shuts itself off. I even use it to entertain my kids in the morning by having the coffee pot talk. They find it hilarious, which was great at first, but now they expect it every single time I make coffee. Even the afternoon coffee. So, buy this coffee maker. It'll make your coffee and entertain your kids. Just don't do it with a hot pot of coffee. That would be irresponsible and dangerous.
