Bought for the dual brew. The pod part was not consistent on the amount of water, Very frustrating. Taste was fine.

This product made coffee but it didn't really get the job done for us.

Purchased 12/7/15 This is a great Dual Brew coffee machine. I love all the single serve options 6oz to 20oz. You can also use your own coffee for single serve - the single serve basket that comes with the unit is oversized and allows you to put in a generous amount of coffee for a good strong cup of coffee. I rarely brew a pot of coffee, but on occasion, this will come in handy. Love it !! Thanks Black & Decker!!!

Works Perfect! I love that it comes with the filter to make your own k-cups. Also the 20oz mug that comes with this is awesome. It keeps coffee hot for 6-8 hours easily. This is exactly what I was looking for since we aren't home much during the week and only need a cup occasionally and then can make a big pot of coffee on the weekend.

For those of you that use a 20 ounce travel mug, this is a great solution. I have come to prefer the k-cups but brewing multiple cycles to fill my travel mug was getting old. This unit provides the opportunity to brew an entire pot for a group or individual cups as desired.

Does a great job with both carafe and single serving.

Love this coffee maker, easy to use and clean. Having the option for single cup or pot is very convenient.

It seems to overall be a good coffee pot but K-cup adapters won't work in it. The piercing prongs are off to the sides and won't line up with the holes in the adapters. They give you one cleanable basket for that side but it's huge compared to a kcup so the coffee comes out very watered down. So in a nut shell I spent 120$ for a regular coffee pot.

This has been a horrible experience with this maker. You have to descale it about once a week, and we use filtered water. The float in the water reserve started sticking so we had to hold it up so we could get a single cup. Shortly afterward the pot side stopped working. It just flashes lights no matter what we do. I called the manufacturer and was pleased that they offered to replace it. That was over a month ago and no coffee maker yet. After many calls they continually say it will be there in a couple of days, in a couple of days. The coffee maker does not work at all now, I have no replacement and have had a horrible experience. The Black & Decker name has certainly lost its luster!

No problems for a year or so, then when I tried to brew 2 Kcups in a row, the 2nd cup would not completely fill with requested amount of water and brew light would go off.

Bought this 12/26/2016 and it is not working.....I purchased the extended 2 year warranty but this item is not in stock and will take about a week to get in. I was told if anything happens bring it back to the store and they will exchange it for a new one. So I need to buy another coffee machine to wait for this one to come in???? Just doesn't seem right, isn't that what "stock" is all about? Thinking they should have at least 3 in stock and all times. Regardless, the coffee machine was only brewing 20 oz cups, not by choice, and then it started to brew again all by itself......messy.
