    I had high hopes for this. Read lots of reviews and chose this waffle maker. It only seemed to cook one side of the waffle well. We tried different amounts of mix and both sides of the maker but consistent problem of one side nicely cooked, the other side of the waffle almost raw. It may be the unit was faulty. Either way we ended up returning it to Best Buy. Super smooth and easy return process at Best Buy.

    I'm really enjoying the waffle maker one of the bigger issues is even though you try to use less mix when you flip it over it still seems that lose out regardless of what you trying to do

    This product does not removable grates so cleaning them is impossible. I did like that the double waffle idea is wonderful

    There was always a sham coming out of the waffle maker. The lock was loose. It finally broke due to steam pressure. Also it did not have an indicator to inform that the waffle is ready. The quality was variable, depending on how long you keep it.
