This looked/sounded EXCELLENT on my LG 65" OLED C7 with LG Blu-ray player UP970 premium HDR & Dolby Vision. HI-res Audio in 5.1 difinitive technology studio mini & 2 difinative technology W7's. Everything was purchased @ Best Buy Magnolia with 3yr interest free financing. The best home theater I have ever owned. I would recommend all of these products to any video & audio inthuisist

This is one of the more compelling offerings from the MCU. You don't have to have seen the other movies to understand and enjoy this one. That's part of what makes it great, that it can stand alone. The fact they were able to make such a powerful story out of a relatively unknown character (compared to the likes of Hulk, Iron Man or Thor) speaks volumes about the quality of the film.

This is another excellent addition to the marvel cinematic universe. This movie has everything you want from a comic book movie: action, a great villain, a great lead, connection to the greater universe... but then it had more: great female characters that were as or more capable than the men and social commentary that really meant something. Recommended with the highest of praise.

In my family, I can be counted on to forget what movies I've seen, the story line, the actors... basically it's like Groundhog Day when you watch movies with me. Not this flick! I loved it! I may still not know what actors were in the movie, but I remember the storyline and I loved it. I think this was one of my more favorite Marvel movies. :)

This movie was great. I saw it in the movies twice and bought it as soon as it hit Blu-ray. I own all the MCU movies and this one certainly is in my top 5 (Captain America 2, Avengers, Iron Man 1, and Captain America 3... In case you were wondering the other 4). The special features were in depth and provided a lot of background. Overall, I am highly satisfied with this purchase.

Very slick and entertaining, but they have gone down a very difficult path to tell much of any more about the main character. Will have to go back and double check, but it seems as though they’ve taken quote of “artistic license” with this story.

I didn't go and see this at the movie theater, because it didn't look like one I would like. I go and see almost ever Marvel movie, but something about this one didn't look appealing to me. I did buy it digitally when it came out. I screwed up. This has become my favorite Marvel movie. I finally bought a physical copy, because I wanted to own a physical copy of it too.

The mostly black cast is well suited to the storyline and they all bring engaging gifts to the screen. Even though Chadwick Boseman and Michael Jordan are the leads, The Walking Dead's Danai Gurira is a standout in an important supporting role. Marvel doesn't disappoint in action, SFX or in moving the story for what's to come.

As a Black person who grew up in the 60s, it was great to see a black superhero who was smart, proud and heroic. He was also the king of an technologically advanced fictional African nation. This fiction started my love of science and technology. Seeing this world realized on the big screen was a dream come true. The movie is masterfully done and is beautiful in 4K.

You know the deal don't you? You start buying MCU 4K steelbooks and then you find that you missed some back when they came out. This was one of them. How can you go wrong. The movie was fun and the characters neat. The only thing I didn't understand is that in Avengers Infinity War, Capt. America's friend Bucky was living there. Where did he come from and how did he get there? There was no reference to him in the movies. Was it something in Civil War? I don't have time to go back and watch the entire Marvel Movie catalog.

The storyline and delivery from every actor and actress was very well done. There are minor things here and there that could have had better CGI but it did not take away from the overall experience of the movie.

As a continuation of the Marvel universe in general, it helps provide background (you can't really call this an origin story) on T'Challa and the current struggles he must face in the wake of his father passing away, his father's legacy and his future in overseeing his country. The pacing of story vs action is very good and the character development is great. Recommended.

Black Panther has something for everyone, royal struggles, family demons, lighthearted comedy, big action set-pieces, futuristic technology. Everything that a blockbuster should be. After the raucous Thor: Ragnarok, Black Panther is a great change of pace, and features maybe Marvel's most interesting villains yet with Andy Serkis' Klaue and Michael B. Jordan's Kilmonger.

Everyone I knew had seen this film--like everyone--but me. I found the film quite entertaining and can see what the buzz is about. The familial struggles and closeness are storylines many can relate to although the ones in the film are of course exaggerated for most of us who aren't heirs to thrones. The action sequences were great to watch without being overly gory.

Okay, so this is an awesome film. Very entertaining with very interesting and topical subtext. The 4k picture quality is also top notch. However, the sound is very disappointing. To put it simply, the soundtrack for the film is very restrained. IMO, it is intended to sound this way because the dialog in the film is crystal clear and the music in the film has very good bass. The issue is in the action scenes, which lack any real punch at all in bass. Also, for an Atmos mix, there is very little use of surround, which is a real missed opportunity IMO. I still recommend this but be aware that if you have a real nice home theater surround system, you will be disappointed in the Atmos track.

Its safe to say that Marvel knows how to make a good movie as we again see a movie that not only entertains you but keeps you interested in the whole Marvel universe. While I wouldn't say this was my favorite of the Marvel movies, it was a very good movie. The action was great and the story well thought out. Definitely worth a watch if you haven't watched it already.

I loved this movie at the theater, but I loved this movie even more on this 4k version at home. One of the better Disney soundtracks. I thought it contains some beautiful scenes and the HDR makes some of the scenes look incredible! A definite add to your home collection, disney + subscription or not!

One of the highest grossing films in history is a great addition to your action film collection. He made his presentation in Captain America Civil War, but left audiences wanting more. A similar origins premise as Batman with a hint of Zorro, this film was an interesting look at nurture vs nature. A nice transition piece to the latest Avengers movie too!

WAKANDA FOREVER!! That being said I originally thought I wasted my money on the steelbook when I could have just bought the original, bcuz the movie is still the movie right...? Wrong! I look back at all my UHD/Blue Ray movies and this is the only one my 10 month old son has not destroyed. It still looks to be in brand new condition with great artwork to boot.
