Sold an opened copy as new

Movie was sealed in the shrink wrap plastic, which is atypical of newer movies. I wouldn't have had an issue with it and probably wouldn't have cared but whoever resealed the movie forgot to remove part of the plastic from the ORIGINAL plastic on the movie. So it is obviously a used copy being sold as new and not the first time for me. I guess I will stop buying movies online if this is the trend.
