I like that it can sink up to my Philips Hue lights, but dang, the Synapse software is just... so bad.

Good keyboard but with one annoying issue

But one main issue about this keyboard is the round volume dial located on the top right side. This thing has mechanically malfunctioned; it's not a driver issue because the dial itself is a problem. After using it for the first few months, the volume wheel starts to act weird. Instead of +1 or +2 whenever scrolling up, it decreased the volume instead, and it often jumps between volumes. Sometimes the thing changes sound even when nothing is touching it. The volume wheel does what it wants, and it's an annoying issue. Other than this I have no problem with the keyboard,

I use this keyboard for typing a lot for working. It has excellent response and is very comfortable. The only downside is that the keycaps feel cheap. Even if you buy their brand keycaps they are cheap as well. I bought hyperx keycaps and a razer kit on ebay to add the extra keys that would not fit. Now it's my go to keyboard.
