I’ve never seen this movie till I bought it for my 4K player looks and sounds great

I give it 4 stars because of the special effects. As a story had to rewatch it 3 times to understand the plot.

Excellent picture and sound for a phenomenal follow up 36 years in the making

While not as good as the original Blade Runner, this is still a very good movie. Plus, the movie does look great in 4K.

Can this sequel possibly match the iconic 1982 Blade Runner? The answer is a resounding yes in every way. Blade Runner 2049 also marries an action-punctuated procedural with a quiet reflection on the nature of humanity. Furthermore, the plot grows so organically out of the original's that it is difficult to watch one without thinking of the other. The video and audio integrate seamlessly into the movie. Because so much of Blade Runner 2049 is communicated through the cinematic landscape and facial expressions, the sharpness of the UHD heightens audience appreciation. The immersive Atmos soundtrack is done just right. The piano notes when K enters Deckard's hideout is as haunting as the seawall chase scene is rousing. The three Prologues stand out among the supplements. Blade Runner 2049 will stand alongside the original Blade Runner as classics. Fans who watch them together will be more than doubly rewarded.

Blade Runner 2049 has to be the absolute best looking disc I've seen by far in the 4K format. With very minimal grain/noise, a very high level of sharpness throughout and some incredibly colors with HDR, this disc is highly recommended! Overall, a gorgeous film that keeps you intrigued the entirety of its long run. The cinematography is second to none and is supported by a unique soundscape and amazing world building. The acting is superb and the script keeps you guessing. You will likely enjoy the movie more if you know a few things going in. First, Harrison Ford doesn't show up until later in the movie and isn't nearly as prominent in the film as most of the characters. Think of him in more of a supporting role. Second, this isn't a short movie, so settle in for the long haul. Third, the film is a slow burn. If you like fast-paced movies you might not have the patience for this.

Great movie for a huge 4K Tv. The sound is amazing as well with a good soundbar!

Fist, Best Buy continues to be one of the few locations that sells 3D blu ray movies. This is a must for me as I have sometimes had to resort importing 3D films form overseas due to it never having fully caught on here in the U.S. as it did in other countries. As soon as I saw that Best Buy had Blade Runner 2049 in 3D, I pre-ordered it without hesitation. The movie itself is beyond a worthy follow up to one of my favorite films of all time. This continues the story and massively expands upon the original Blade Runner in ways that are best left unsaid if you have not yet seen the movie. This is a must own, and it is another 3D blu ray that I think would truly get people to invest in a 3D setup if they would only watch it that way.

4k and HD blu-ray in one box. No digital download. Great picture and sound design. A visual feast for eyes and ears.

If your a blade runner fan then this is a must have for your DVD collection

This movie has so much ceiling ATMOS activity. It pushes my 15inch subs hard.

I still remember my first time watching this movie and it was astounding
