Blade Runner 2049 is a top notch sequel to one of the most influential sci-fi movies ever. The story is great with great performances by Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford, and Ana de Armas. Outstanding visuals and a great musical score both pay tribute and further the original Blade Runner vision. My highest recommendation.

IMHO, It's a great movie with a tie in to the previous movie. Not exactly what I was expecting. I did think the first Bladerunner movie was better, but that one is a classic. So kind of apples to oranges in a way... I did really like how it stood on it's own without too much of the previous one in its way. This is overall a great movie. If you had never seen the first, you'd still get it.

If you enjoy dark, slow-moving movies complemented with overly dramatic music that gradually grind you into a barely pulsing miasma of despair and horror for our collective human future, this will be a great movie for you. I mean, my partner says this is an awesome movie and he's super excited to own it.

Visually and aurally stunning. Soundtrack by Hans Zimmer... Jared Leto is outstanding in this movie, as is Ryan Gosling. And Harrison Ford...hard to go wrong there. This movie completely sucked me in and I did not want it to end even though it's approx. 3 hours long. Highly recommended for those who love sci-fi.

This is a great film and worthy successor to the original. The cinematography is stunning and the performances are very strong. Denis Villenueve is a masterful director. I have enjoyed every one of his movies to date and am really looking forward to Dune.

I recently go to watch this movie in 4K and for a sequel to film from 30+ years ago, I thought it did a wonderful job in matching the look, sound, and feel of the original. The film was pretty good, although I think I liked the first BR better, this film did hold my interest and is worth checking out if you are a fan.

Being confused as a kid after viewing the first film in the 1980s, I do recommend seeing the original before this one. This I think personally is the better film with its modern cgi visuals and better plot etc. One may still want to view more than once to fully understand. And the steelbook packaging is a must have!

As the first Blade Runner film is about my favorite movie ever, this is not a bad sequel. A much darker film than the other, this one is not as much fun to watch but still comes off highly interesting with great visuals but the score is not up to the original.

Saw this movie in the theater and missed several of the low volume voice parts. it was worth the cost to listen to the whole movie in the comfort of my easy chair. Package arrived damage free.

Blade Runner 2049 is among the prettiest movies you'll watch, along with an extremely great sound design and score. And an added surprise: my copy included an unadvertised digital code, slip that while seemingly expired, redeemed on Movies Anywhere!

This is a great movie. It can be slow moving at times, but it is always building toward something. My only real complaint is that it is a little long, but I don't know what could have been cut out to shorten it. The director knows what he's doing.

Sci-if movies are a rare breed in 2018. Sure we have Star Wars, but Blade Runner 2049 is a breath of freash air. Some may complain that the movie is long slow and boring, but I thought the movie was just the right length. I truly believe this will be a cult hit when the world is ready to accept this work of art.

The orifginal Blade Runner was a tour de force for the science fiction genre. Harrison Ford played a memorable riole in his search for replicants. Now Dekker is back and the stakes are higher. The cinematography, plot and acting are first rate. This is worth watching, especially foor science fiction fans.

I picked up the very last copy of this in the store. I can't believe they all sold out. I really wanted to the steel book version but those are all sold out everywhere. I wish they made more of those. Great film. Not as good or as tense as the original Blade Runner, but that's ok because it's not a remake of the original, just a story in the same universe. Looks great and sounds great.

Blade Runner 2049 takes place 30 years later with a new LAPD Officer discovers a long lost secret that could send society into a tailspin. Officer K searches for Rick Deckard original LAPD who went off the grid and for truth of the lost secret. 2049 has incredible cinematography and characters.

An outstanding follow-up that accounts for what happened during the intervening thirty years since the original. The very well done special features included on the Blu-ray disc help the forgetful catch up. No Vangelis music, but Ridley Scott was a technical advisor to help maintain continuity in the story.

This movie has instantly jumped to the top of my favorite list. I was always a big fan of the original, but the new one is an all together fantastic movie. I won't divulge into spoilers. This movie an excellent film that falls into the "Cyberpunk" genre that I ever so love. And much like the latest "Mad Max" film, "Blade Runner 2049" is true to form of the other films in the series. This was the best action film of 2017 in my personal opinion. It's very good.

Am I supposed to review the product itself or the movie? The movie is great. If you are a fan of the original Blade Runner, you will enjoy this. Great effects. Great musical score. Love it. The product itself is okay. Plastic packaging, paper inserts. Meh.

I was definitely a fan of the original Bladrunner, so I had high expectations for this one. Turns out it surpassed my already high expectations! It's probably one of the best sci-fi cyber punk dystopian movies ever made. In terms of originality and execution, I'd rank this up there with Mad Max Fury road.
