Great movie. Must see in 4k. One of the greatest of all time

The industry really needs to work on some sort of standard for blu-ray discs as to quality. One blu-ray disc burn is never the same as another - picture quality or sound quality on one blu-ray movie not the same on another blu-ray movie. Hit and miss. The customer just has to hope for the best when making a buy. This movie, fortunately, is one of the better blu-ray burns. Good picture. Great sound. Full disclosure - I like the ending of the theatrical release over this "Final Cut". Personal preference.

Even to this day this movie is so astounding to watch. So unique in its visual presentation, so ahead of its time. A benchmark in the annals of sci-fi films. Bladerunner is movie you simply watch and let it absorb you. This is an incredible 4k transfer. everything here is reference quality.

Blade Runner has always been one of my favorites if not my favorite and now with the 4K release I have fallen in love with it all over again . The picture quality is great and with the Dolby Atmos sound its like you can hear every drop of rain.I would highly recommend this movie !!

Ahh. Alas the discs are going away. Had to pick this one up since it’s a great movie and having a 4K player and full theater to help it shine. Must have in your physical collection (if you are into physical media that is).

Not a huge fan of Blade Runner, but this was a gift for someone. It seemed to go over well.

What can I say? It's a classic movie in 4k! The only thing I don't like, and it's with all 4k movies, is the extras are not on the same disc. If I want to watch behind the scenes I need to put in the Blu-ray and watch it in lesser quality.

I thought it was going to be another one of those half baked remasters, but boy was I wrong. First of all the sharpness is fantastic along with the HDR. It’s like looking at a film made in the early 2000s than something nearly 40 years ago. The one problem is the overuse of film grain and at times the HDR can be a bit harsh but to be fair this is a film that did not have this originally, and still helps bring scenes to life. If you’re a diehard fan pick it up.

Blade Runner has always been somewhat dark and atmospheric, with many scenes lost in the mist, so to speak. This 4k version opens up these scenes to some extent, allowing the viewer to see into them. The foreground also becomes somewhat sharper and clearer. Mind you, we are talking about a matter of degree. These improvements do not destroy the overall atmosphere of the movie, only expands the clarity-darkness scale somewhat, to allow us to see into the movie better.

One of the best movies that Harrison ford has ever done now in 4k Blu-ray. I have to buy these movies to own digital streaming isn’t as good as discs

An UHD disc that's a top notch case of how a well produced UHD Blu-ray of a film which was first released way back in the 1980s, can still be able to have top level picture quality when shown on a modern OLED TV!

If you're a superfan of this film, then you know there have been so many iterations of the film that it's hard to keep up with which one is which. Luckily this set as every single version, so you can watch every progression in all its glory (or not so much if it's the theatrical version). The special features are great, the booklet is impressive and the video quality is superb. In short, don't think just buy it. Go. Now. Do it.

Great 4K transfer. Many shots are jaw dropping and the atmos track is amazing. You can argue over which version is “the version” but the video and audio quality of this disc can’t be debated.

Ridley Scott's artistic sensibility is on full display. The 4k set is full of most of the supplemental material available. Great package and video presentation! This set is a must buy. At least it was for me!

Maybe one of, if not the best, 4K UHD transfers ever. The blacks are deep, the neon looks perfect, it’s incredible. It’s actually better looking here than how I remembered it in the theater in 1982.

I've watched all the various cuts of this film and do prefer the "Final Cut." I remember being fairly impressed by the quality of the 1080p blu-ray transfer especially considering the age of the movie. But the 4K blew me away. The quality is astonishing. The cityscapes look fantastic. There are a lot of details that went unnoticed in the 1080p. A must buy for Blade Runner fans with a 4K TV.

I love Bladerunner, with a bunch of movies being upscaled to 4K and supporting HDR i had to pick this one up and it doesn’t disappoint, Worth every penny!

Believe it or not, I just watched this movie for the first time, even though I've been hearing for years how great is is. I saw this on sale and decided to add it to my collection and I'm sure glad I did. What a classic 80's science fiction movie. The special effects were very ahead of their time and the story is a pretty timeless one. Definitely glad I bought it

I remember seeing this on VHS in the 90's and thought the movie back then was stunning. Now, 20 or more years later I watch it the way it was supposed to be and the picture quality is amazing! The action sequences and the entire aura of the movie brought to life bigger and better than ever! 5 stars and if you haven't seen it on 4k, then you need to get it!

Ok, so here we go. With a kind of rough start to my viewing experience it ended up being really awesome. I first had to literally hunt down a copy of this the very day it was released. I wanted to show this to my kids so they could get a good idea of what it’s about before the sequel came out. After finding that nearly every Best Buy in the Denver Metro Area was sold out of it the moment the stores opened I knew I was in trouble. Luckily I found 2 copies at the store nearest my house because they are atrocious at placing them where you can find things. This time it worked to my advantage, and I got a copy. So I took it home getting all excited to watch this great film that I loved with my kids. Popped it in my player and watched to where the flames shoot up at the beginning of the film and it froze and became pixelated. So I got scared, popped it out cleaned off the disc (that was already clean as it was brand new) and tried again, whew, made it a bit further. Then it happened again, and again. Skipping past vast sections I found that I had a bad disc. Getting frustrated because from what I could tell the picture was amazing. I downgraded to the Blu Ray copy so we could just plain watch it. Tried fast forwarding to where it died on us and picked up where we left off. This time on the Blu Ray copy it played just fine. Didn’t look as good, but still not bad, BUT the dialogue was about a second behind the actors. I fast forwarded and apparently this was a problem with the whole disc. You can imagine my frustration when I decided that the only way we would see this that evening was to watch it streaming through the included digital copy off of VUDU. Fortunately for us that version was just fine, but only HDX, not UHD 4k (frustration). So I took it back to Best Buy who exchanged my disc. I took it home and it worked fine, and looks amazing and is worth every penny. But buyer beware, apparently there may be bad discs, so be sure to check what you get quickly.
