Bought this during black friday, the price was great. Note that Warner Brothers has recently made correction to the included discs and there is no longer a disc labeled disc 3. There is a total of 4 discs and as follow: 1) Blade Runner: The Final Cut 4K UHD Disc 2) Disc 1: The Final Cut on HD Blu-ray Disc 3) Disc 2: Dangerous Days: The Making of Blade Runner DVD Disc 3) Disc 4: Enhancement Archive the 4k is absolutely amazing

Great picture quality as well as being a complete collection!

I was very happy with the 2007 Blu-ray until my jaw dropped watching the 4K Final Cut. From the start, the building windows look so sharp in the panoramic shot of Los Angeles and I continue to notice details that I was not aware of before. The sound effects similarly impress, from the powerful yet clear opening drums to the immersive background noise of the rain and crowds. It is a shame that two Blu-rays from the 2007 set are missing. Other than that, Blade Runner 4K is a monumental disc that shows off the latest technology.

So this movie got a update to 4k and its actually very well done, major improvements over the 1080p blu-ray edition. I actually didn't think there would be any real improvements beyond a resolution bump. But they actually made some great improvements. Plus Ridley Scott does a new commentary on it and its pretty good and insightful and worth a listen. The only thing that I kind of wish they had done: include all the others cuts and editions that came from the 4 Disc Bluray edition, which was really nice as you had every version included. This one just gives you one cut of the movie, and is basically was Ridley Scott intended, so its the definitive version - for better or worse depending on your preference. Not a bad thing to me, but I would have liked the other cuts included.

Always enjoyed this movie and it looks great on Blu Ray.

I bought the 5-disc Blu-ray set 8 years ago and thought it was amazing. However, as time has progressed I realized this release would be an excellent opportunity to upgrade one of my favorite cult classic movies to my collection. The Blu-ray picture already looked great but I was amazed at how good the 4K look! Truly amazing Sharp visuals and stunningly bright colorful images. There are no new extras and the old extras they did include are in standard definition but overall in excellent release that I highly recommend picking up!

Best cut of one of the best sci-fi films ever made.

One of the most impressive and most boring movies of all time. I periodically try to watch this movie every year and am always amazed by the cinematography, lighting and set design. But it always takes a few tries because it is very slow paced and without a lot of action. This dystopian sci-fi noir story is a classic and was way ahead of it’s time.

Let's set the record straight, "Final Cut" is the one and only Blade Runner video that should be in your collection. Blade Runner 2049 was an epic fail on all levels and a poor excuse to try and improve on the original film. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, about Blade Runner 2049 was better than the Final Cut version of the original film. The 4k version of the "Final Cut", enhanced by HDR, adds a dimension throughout this noir cinematic masterpiece that was missing from previous releases.

This is a classic that looks as if it was just filmed this year. I’ve seen detail in this 4k Ultra HD BLU-Ray that I haven’t noticed on any other format before. Texture on clothing pops on screen. Colors leap off the screen and keeps you engaged with the movie. This is always the movie to own in any collection. Make sure it’s this 4k Ultra HD BLU-Ray version.

Best Buy did a great job of shipping this DVD to me in a very timely manner. The product is excellent, but I have been really spoiled by all of the action type movies that have come out over the years starting back in the "dark ages" with "Speed" so I was a little disappointed that the movie was so dark and moody. Don't misunderstand me, the movie is outstanding and this final cut version is technically excellent, but it had been so long since I had seen the movie that I was expecting more action.

Blade Runner has never looked so good at home. This 4k Ultra HD Blu-ray edition is a great example of how an older movie can be remastered for release on 4k. The night scenes, especially, are striking on a UHD TV. And, with HDR there is even more depth in the color and more range in contrast. Bonus material is the same as with Blade Runner The Final Cut on Blu-ray, but, the original movie trailer has been remastered in 4k. The digital copy also redeems in 4k (at least on Vudu) through UltraViolet.

This 4k disk has been called the finest 4k disk produced to date. Incredible for a movie launched in 1982. The difference between Blade Runner and other graphic films produced during that time frame is Dalton Trumbo. He produced all the graphics for Blade Runner. His graphic direction was years ahead. As of now, Trumbo's Blade Runner is as technology advanced as most films produced today. In addition, the film ranks as one of the finest sci-fi films ever made. A must see.

The film looks great in 4K. It has all of the bonus features from the 30th Anniversary blu-ray. And what isn't advertised but still awesome, it's a 4-disc set. It has the Final Cut on 4K and standard blu-ray. It also includes the Theatrical, International, and Director's Cut on a Blu-ray Disc. I'm not sure if it has the Work Print edition of the film that the 30th Anniversary has. If you are a hardcore Blade Runner fan this will be a welcomed edition to your collection.

Blade Runner is a rare work of science-fiction cinema in the sense that it's a machine that generates questions, not answers. Harrison Ford leads this film as a Blade Runner hired to track down replicants. The main story seems simple enough, and while it is, there is much more going on. The cast puts their heart and soul into these roles, making you really believe that you are watching a futuristic world gone terribly wrong. Stunning images and with 4k even more so.

I recently purchased this movie out of anticipation for the upcoming sequel, Blade Runner 2049. This movie poses many thought-provoking questions regarding the advancement of technology and just what it means to truly be human. These aspects combined with the stunning visual effects and performances make for a film that is still highly regarded today. I'm not sure if the sequel will be able to surpass or even match the original, but I am still looking forward to it.

I have always said that conversations about great, masterful science fiction start and end with Blade Runner. Double that for the exquisite, perfect UHD release. The only negative for this is that all my research for this product pointed to a digital code included. Alas, it does contain. Don't let that sway you. I've seen things you wouldn't believe. But buy this pristine title, and you can.

I own multiple versions of this movie in multiple formats and this 4K presentation is the best this movie has ever looked. Ridley Scott apparently oversaw the restoration and they scanned the original 35mm negative to 4K and the picture is simply Amazing. This disc also comes with a Dolby Atmos soundtrack which is an improvement over the previous bluray’s Dolby TrueHD soundtrack. If you love this movie I highly recommend the 4K disc!

The 4K treatment of Blade Runner: The Final Cut looks immaculate, if you have the setup to play it--the most complete and accurate home video experience yet! It also comes with a 4K digital copy (take it on-the-go) and every other edition of the film on a separate HD Blu-ray disc. The comprehensive and compelling making-of documentary, Dangerous Days, also comes on it's own disc, and it is well worth watching for fans and film students alike.

If you have a great 4k tv and 4k blu ray player, you want to show off the full potential of the format, this is the disc you need in your collection. This movie has never looked this good, even in the theaters. There is so much detail and depth to the picture, you will see things you missed before. The restoration of this film on 4k disc is really what the format was created for. You will not be disappointed in any way.
