Arrived dented

After a very late arrival, it was completely dented as if someone had thrown it down a canyon and ran it over with a car. There was no option to send a replacement since Best Buy customer service is useless and they outsource to people who hardly speak any semblance of English. And the new 14 day return policy sucks, all elite member perks disappeared. I hardly buy anything with this company anymore because of how much the service tanked.

Initially loved this bottle, but it has leak issue

Initially I really liked the combination of the Blender Bottle with a stainless steel insulated container. It keeps my liquids cooler than the plastic blender. However, over time, it has become more difficult to keep a seal on the larger lid. It keeps leaking and leaves water on my desk. I now have to start putting a paper towel under the bottle to prevent damage.

I have had quite a few thermal cups and this one has definitely been one of my favorites!
