After a very late arrival, it was completely dented as if someone had thrown it down a canyon and ran it over with a car. There was no option to send a replacement since Best Buy customer service is useless and they outsource to people who hardly speak any semblance of English. And the new 14 day return policy sucks, all elite member perks disappeared. I hardly buy anything with this company anymore because of how much the service tanked.

Keeps the water cold for more than 6-7 hours easily. Mixing is easy as it get. Protein powder to peanut butter, everything is mixed with the blender ball inside. Insulated stainless steel - not another plastic bottle. Mix it up before you leave for work and stays cold long enough for great taste later on.
