Maintains your drink at a longer constant temperature that you expect. If you drink a lot of water, good choice for the price and you will drink more water in the end which is good!

It works well if I use only water to mix my protein powder but if I use milk to mix it becomes too thick to blend well and leaves chucks of powder in the mixture. For that reason I decided to use a blender and the bottle to pour the blended mix into to drink from and take out with me. For mixing flavored drinks with just water I recomend this bottle, it works well for that. I keep my bottle in the frig until I’m ready to go out and it will stay cold for hours. I would recommend this item because it is still handy and useful.

Very tough and almost plastic free other than the cap. Doesn’t leak like plastic ones eventually have from my experience

I love this water bottle! It keeps my drinks cold for HOURS and tastes delicious compared to plastic water bottles. The finger loops carrying handle is also very convenient! This is a must have!

I have 4 of these shakers, 2 white and 2 black. I use them everyday to mix my pre workout and bcaa or to keep my drinks ice cold! Highly recommended!

These keep my drinks very cold all day, even when kept outside. The cup is the best for summer weather and working outside. Ice remains even at the end of my day.

Very good quality blender bottle. No condensation to wipe up, keeps liquid cold for a long period of time. I use mine more for drinking water rather than a mixer, but it wo bottle if needed.

I use this everyday to drink my protein shakes and it keeps the ice from melting, so I have cold drinks all day. Easy to clean and can hold a lot liquid.
