The Blendtec - Designer Series 8-Speed Blender - Stainless is impressive right out of the box. It is well built and has a sturdy weighted feel. The bottom has a silicone or hard rubber foundation that adheres to the surface to prevent any movement while in use. The power of the Blendtec - Designer Series 8-Speed Blender - Stainless is phenomenal. The programmable cycles provide ease of operation and the ability to make recipes error free. They are all easily displayed on a digital touch area. I can make batters, smoothies, whole juices, ice cream, and soups and crush ice. I can also pulse the motor for manual control to chop or liquefy and I can use the slider feature to manually increase or decrease the blender’s speed. One problem that I had was trying to figure out the amount of fluid necessary to make whole juice and smoothies the right texture. Each recipe must be tweaked a little bit to achieve your specific taste requirements, because the motor is so powerful. Once, I learn the specifics of using the Blendtec - Designer Series 8-Speed Blender - Stainless, it will definitely become the best automatic blender that I ever owned.

This is the second blender I've bought from Blendtec. The old on I gifted my daughter and the new one is for myself. There are no sharp blades and it makes great smoothies. The pre-programmed blend modes are super easy to use.

I love this blender! I’ve never made more smoothies and almond butter in my life! It’s so easy to clean, I have no excuse for not making something because of the mess afterwards.

This is my first blendtec and realized why so many of them love this product. Usually, it takes 30 mins to make batter which took hardly 2 mins to finish same amount with better quality

The Blendtec blender is powerful and easy to use. It is great for making smoothies. If you like ice in your smoothie, it handles ice with ease. The motor is powerful enough to handle your toughest blending needs. I particularly like how the system automatically adjusts based on what I add to the blender. I can simply add my desired ingredients and let the Blendtec do the rest. The outcome is perfect every time. The Blendtec is well designed and durable. It's simple to setup and maintain. It is also easy to clean. If you are looking for a quality blender that can handle your toughest blending needs, the Blendtec blender is the right choice.

I have only used once since I purchased. I like that it very quiet as compared to my Ninja blender. I used it to make smoothie. spinach,parsely and some frozen fruit...pineapple, mango 3 bananas that were browning. Mixed well. The blades "appear" to be dull, but they do the job.

All I can say is WOW, have never used a blender like this one. My wife and I are amazed at how much power this one has. We tried some ice as our first test using the crushed ice setting and filling the pitcher about half way. It only took about half the time the auto setting showed and the ice came out like powdered sugar it was so fine, simply amazed by that. Then we tried a smoothie in it using one Mango, a Banana, half a Fuji Apple, some Pineapple Juice and good handful of ice, using the Smoothie setting it finished it in no time and it came out perfectly smooth, no chunks at all and was nice and thick. Sound wise, it's a blender, so it's going to be noisy, but it's not as loud as the Ninja we have. I've used other blenders in the past and have a Ninja also, it's no were near as powerful as this. The touch panel is nice, and clean, no buttons that you will have to clean around if you spill anything on it. There are 6 pre programmed settings, a slider so you can pick between 8 different speeds, and a pulse setting. We haven't had a lot of time to see what all we can do with it but so far we are very impressed with it. Cleanup of the pitcher was simple and everything rinsed right out, you can't remove the blades "at least as far at I can tell" so you have to be careful about cleaning around them. I do wish they would lift out like the Ninja but there are only two blades and very simple to get around them due to the size of the pitcher. It's also nice to see that it has a 8 year warranty, so the company must expect this to last a lot longer than your average blender, that's also reflected in the price as it's quite a bit higher than the Ninja but the build quality feels a lot better too.

This blender works great, my family love to makes shakes in this high speed blender. It mix stuff in seconds, highly recommended others to buy this product.
