It does what it's intended to do and it has many different option on the path to get the job done. When first purchased you could also download internet videos as advertised, however if you update to what they claim is a better program then you are limited to 320p and single downloads. Unless you pay for each individual feature seperatly (720p, 1080p, multiple downloads, ect). Bottom line is if you are only using this to copy yout videos for use in a car or backup copy it works great. If you want to get your videos from Facebook or YouTube that got deleted or other internet video source, then be prepared to pay more from inside the program itself.

This product works great. It does all that it says it does. There are others online, and free, but they dont do all this does, or as well. I know, in the past whe i have bought 123 copy dvd gold, it was a one year lience. I dont know yet if that is so here. I bought this to copy movies to a kindle, and that i could not find online that did work. This does, and works well.

The software is weird but I successfully copied DVDs on the first try. The software does weird stuff like run as an administrator when you click on the icon. I'm not sure what that means, but I know that these DVD copies were easy to make and they work.

I bought 123 Copy DVD Platinum as an upgrade to 123 Copy DVD Platinum. I basically use 123 Copy DVD Platinum to replicate my 3D Blue~Rays/Blue~Rays Movies to my Galaxy Note 3 via SanDisk Ultra 128GB microSDXC Class 10 Memory Card. I understand that I can easily access my Blue~Rays via digital copy but Digital Copy does not have the special features and deleted scenes as well as different movie versions (Directors Cut, Extended, Theatrical, etc.). 123 Copy DVD Platinum allows this process as well as different storage options and allows me to be able to convert my regular Blue~Rays into 3D Blue~Ray –R format. I an overwhelmed with the many options, format capabilities, and features 123 Copy DVD Platinum has to offer. I am Very Satisfied with my purchase.

This is a Good program. But! Lousey customer service! I purchased this from Best Buy. I Used it on my MacBook with Windows on it for about a year. Then I had to get a new computer. All my other prev. purchased software that I had on the same computer I was able to deactivate and reinstall on my new Mac, EXCEPT 123 DVD PLATINUM. The lic. number wouldn't work and the program told me to contact customer support. I looked for a number to do just that.THERE IS NO NUMBER . You can only contact thru email. (I HATE THAT I WOULD RATHER TALK TO SOMEONE PERSONALLY) Then I get an automated response saying they had received my email and would respond as soon as possible. THREE DAYS LATER, Im still waiting for support to reply. Thats unacceptable in my book. I don't think there is any support. Your on your own if u buy it and it doesn't work. Its a good program but you might want to look elsewhere for something. Everybody eventually has to change computers. You shouldn't have to buy the software again.

I've had this software for over a year and every time I try to use it it NEVER works. And the Customer Service for this company is non-existent. DO NOT waste your money on this product. Do your research and find a software that actually does make DVD copies.

This software does not work right out of the box which is misleading. You have to download additional third party undocumented software to work around the copy righted DVDs. After installing the third party software, it took over two hours to read a 1.5 hour DVD. Once the DVD was ripped I was unable to burn the files because it could not find an "info" file. So I deleted the files and tried again. The second attempt didn't go any better. This time after 4 hours of trying to read the DVD I stopped the program. I tried to do a live chat with one of the support members and I got a message say that someone would get back to me. I was never contacted. I will be taking this product back if I can not get it to work today. There could be more instructions in the box. Very disappointing.

Bought 123 Copy DVD Platinum, it worked OK until I changed computers. Now I can not activate the software even though I have the license ID and password. Went to the web site and found the live chat option closed, the submit a ticket option closed and they are never open. The only way to contact these guys is to call the support phone number which they do not answer. Leaving a message does not help, they simply do not call you back. After numerous messages left to no avail, I am going to buy a Nero product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

NO documentation NO online support No contact!!!! There is no way to make contact with the software company at all. There is no real online support of any kind. There is no documentation for their products. In short, unless you have a software guru, don't buy their products.

I have a newer type of laptop installed w windows 10, installed after a few online checks and was ready to Rip dvds. Sorry im oldschool I guess haha but you can rip different formats for many different tabs and phones, ipod ipad...and more.

The program is great in theory but if you can't figure out how to use it, it's useless. There is no manual for the program and tech support is no help even if you do get a response from them.

If you want to convert newer movies they make you buy the newer versions, Dont waste your money!!!!! There is better software out there that offer lifetime updates for the same price with alot less problems! I keep getting the answer of "we are working on it" for over a year!

Copies any movie you made with your camera ,on other features you must download a plugin that always has a error with the 700MB download at 500MB
