That person was probably not sure what they were doing. This worked perfectly fine for me. Redeemed it within 5 minutes. You get the code emailed to the email registered to your best buy account. Then you click the email and redeem the code in Blizzard.com. Not sure what the other reviewer messed up. This definitely works and should be a 5 star product.

Worst digital experience ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Waited for about 7 hours for it to be delivered and Best Buy customer service was non existent the entire time, never buying another digital item from Best Buy, for comparison my digital item from Amazon was ready within 10 minutes. Terrible service for digital items.
