Splendid Blizzard Cards

The heroes on the free weekly rotation are usually garbage and countered by paid heroes. Sure you can farm for a month to get half the gold needed for a hero because the gold earn rate is garbage, or you can just bulk up and spend $20 to get two heroes. Also it's great for buying stimpacks for fast XP and gold earning (though even the boosted gold rate is still awful.)
