    Bestbuy forgot to activate the card so it did not work when I tried to redeem it even though Best Buy got my money. Do not order physical gift cards online from bestbuy.

    Bestbuy charged my card but their shipper Ontrac lost the shipment. It took several days to get the refund and I repurchased the cards from NewEgg who had offered a discount.

    They didn't activate it so I spent $50 on a piece of plastic. Not useful. Was my daughter's big gift and she couldn't even use it.

    You can no longer buy game time with these cards. Had I know this, I wouldn't have bought it. So I wasted $20. This is Blizzard's fault, not Best Buy's fault.
