Don't get me wrong, i will buy the mic, but only with a valid promo code!

Good streaming mic

I have contacted ubisoft and if they resolve the issue I will change my review. The mic itself is a good streaming mic. Does pick up a lot of background noise regardless of which setting so it is not very good for VoIP chat

Sorry to hear that the code was already expired. What I gathered for you through "Bundle Video Game Download/Coupon Redemption Terms & Conditions" was the following:
The Download Code or Coupon must be redeemed (i.e. downloaded and account activated if required) no later than the date indicated on the box of the Eligible Product, unless the redemption period is extended by the Game Owner at its sole discretion. Questions related to redemption of the Download Code or Coupon will be resolved by the Game Owner in its sole discretion, and the Game Owner’s decisions will be final and binding for both parties. So I in your case I would contact Ubisoft to redeem your discount code, which you've clearly paid for. Here's their contact; https://support.ubisoft.com/en-gb/Contact

Posted .Hey there. If you still have the microphone, the gain can be adjusted on the back of the mic using a small marked dial. For looseness, try tightening the two screws on the sides of the microphone. -Weston from Blue
