Posted .Hello Roland. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of the Blue Yeti. I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the sound quality of the mic. The Yeti has 3 condenser capsules that are very sensitive. You can adjust how much sound it picks up with the 2 knobs on the back. Turn the mode selector to find whichever polar pattern works best for your situation (Cardioid is most likely what you're looking for), then turn the gain knob all the way down and start turning it up until you are getting just your voice/ whatever is in front of the mic. You will want to talk into the front of the mic (not the top).

Great mic but....

I returned this because the 50$ gift certificate that comes with it doesnt exist. Says right on the box its $50 but the actual card is for $25.

Microphone is great, obisoft not so much

What I found for you in the "Bundle Video Game Download/Coupon Redemption Terms & Conditions" was that the Download Code or Coupon must be redeemed (i.e. downloaded and account activated if required) no later than the date indicated on the box of the Eligible Product, unless the redemption period is extended by the Game Owner at its sole discretion. Questions related to redemption of the Download Code or Coupon will be resolved by the Game Owner in its sole discretion, and the Game Owner’s decisions will be final and binding for both parties. Bad quality

Lasted months before the mini usb connector broke. After some research its a common issue with this version make sure to buy the updated one with micro usb.

I bought this bundle on June 2nd, and inside it the discount code expired on September 30th! Around 8 months before I even bought this bundle.

Disappointing Microphone

It sounds like the micro USB port in the microphone is damaged. If you are still within the return period, please exchange the mic for another one, as this is not a normal issue we have with the Blue Yeti mics. Did not receive a new mic

Good but not as durable as I expected.

I bought it in May 2020 and today (09/20/23) it stopped working. For the last couple of weeks, the cable plug-in has been loose. I replaced the cable but that was not it. I was expecting for the price that it would last longer. It looks durable and I have been careful to treat it with caution because I need it in my podcasts. I don't know if it can be serviced. So sad that it did not last longer.

Posted .Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear that your Yeti doesn't sound like it used to. It sounds to me like a cable issue. I would recommend making sure that the cables are properly inserted into both your computer and the microphone, and possibly consider swapping them out, as one of them could have a short that is causing the audio quality issues.

Amazing Microphone and Code worked!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently bought a blue yeti microphone, silver, but thank God the nob was broken upon arrival home. I used it for a week or so as I did not have the opportunity to exchange it. This mic works awesome for streaming, recording youtube videos, and for recording podcasts...all things i have been using it for the last week or so. When i went online to check to see if they had any in stock at the store i frequent, i noticed this package...but...everyone was saying that the ubisoft code was not correct or didn't work...I decided to roll the dice and see if they had fixed the issue since it first popped up. Got home and put in the code for the division 2 and the code worked, was not 20 dollars, was the actual 50 promised! I am so pleased to see ubisoft has resolved this issue. Do not let previous reviews deter you...as of 4/13/19 the code for 50 dollars worked and now I just have to wait for it to finish downloading :D

The mic is wonderful. This bundle isn’t. Don’t gamble , just get the mic with no combo.
