    I have the normal blue yeti and its massive, it worked fine and did everything I needed it too, but it took up too much desk space. I don't use a mic arm, I just like the mic sitting on my desk, so this was a perfect replacement for the normal blue yeti. Arguably it sounds better too!

    Need a good simple mic? This will do. The Nano is exactly what you think. A smaller Yeti that does the trick.

    I suggest you buy a overhanging mic holder for his microphone or else the microphone while standing may obstruct your view of the monitor or your mouse/keyboard movements depending on your setup
