great condenser mic for zoom, youtube, recording.

This mic is very clear but does pick up some background noise. I suggest getting some headphones (that plug into the mic itself 3.5mm) to avoid the sound from the computer speakers. I have experimented with this a few inches from my mouth and 2 feet away from my mouth. obviously, this type of condenser mic works best when it's close to the mouth.

Good for podcasts....not optimal for voiceovers

If someone works in the voiceover industry, this mic will do the job but there are better microphones out there for this purpose. I guess it could be fine for VO auditions. For voiceovers and song vocals, I would suggest the Samson G-Track Pro which also has an interface for one input/instrument.
