Unfortunately, the sound would cut out while recording or on zoom calls. I lost some content because of this issue, so I cannot recommend this version of the microphone. I bought 2 black editions and haven't had one issue with them since.

I like the sound, and I like the tunings I can make with the software. And I like the color. But I don’t like the fact that it kept telling me “unplug and telling your device”. Extremely disappointed in Best Buy limiting the return window to just 20 days on this item!!!

I'm not particularly great at sound engineering so my issues with the mic might be solvable. You can hear my keyboard and mouse in the background but I do have a particularly clackity keyboard.

Great at eliminating background noise and focusing voice audio. The usb cable that comes in the package however stopped working after the first use. Although we tried unplugging/replugging and even on other machines, it would not pick up the mic. We had to get a new usb in order for it to work again (which seems to be a common issue with these microphones).
