I don't think it gave me the type of sound quality that I expected for the price. My Apple headphones gave me almost the same quality.

Try different usb ports on your computer if that doesn't work. It may also be a driver issue, and that software can be found on Blue's website. If all else fails, please visit Blue's customer support site for troubleshooting tips and tricks as well as warranty information. -Weston from Blue.
