Logitech bought it recently and incorporated it into their "hub" software. I had to talk to customer support to understand which software to use. They could do a better job. Device itself is excellent.

Posted .Hey there, I'm very sorry to hear that you've had some issues with your Yeti Nano. I would recommend trying a different USB port on your computer, as that could be the issue. If that doesn't work, try switching out the USB cable itself, as there could be a short in it that's causing the audio to cut out.

Decent Mic, but needs a few refinements.

Posted .Hi JamesB, we're glad to see you're getting the most from your Blue Yeti Nano Microphone! If you're having some trouble with the mic picking up background noises, try adjusting the Gain on G Hub. That should help the mic to only listen for your voice and not everything else. Posted .Hey there Daniel, I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues with your Yeti Nano. I would recommend downloading our Sherpa software and playing with the audio levels. That should allow you to customize the sound of your microphone, and possibly help with picking up less ambient noise.

Yeti for Zoom Calls
