Yeti for Zoom Calls

I read the reviews and picked the Yeti. It was a good choice. It works well and has exceeded my expectations. A good low cost addition for Zoom calls.

Go for the snowball

Keeps getting random static sounds

As time went on the static noise would happen more often. Now it’s reached the point that I can’t record anything because of random static noise during the recording. I’ve tried multiple different recording software and it doesn’t make a difference. I would not recommend this microphone. My lapel mic ($30) actually does a better quality recording than this.

Posted .Hello customer, I'm sorry to hear that your Yeti Nano has random static pop-in. That's certainly not how it should be working. It sounds to me like there is an issue with the power or audio connection. Make sure the cables are plugged in properly, and if possible try swapping out the cables for new ones. If that doesn't work, feel free to visit Blue's support site for more troubleshooting tips and tricks as well as warranty information. -Weston from Blue.

Difficult to set up
