I've had a fan on and the audio wouldn't even pick it up and for streaming it's alr nothing special nothing bad either but this is definitely something that help build confidence in me just from quality upgrade I would recommend this but it hasn't been long enough to the point we're I can tell you it last long but I think it will so buy this for quality upgrades or first mic. I'm not big on mic's so I wouldn't know all the best ones but this one works more than good enough for me.

Feels and looks well built, not like a toy that will break in a few weeks. I keep it just outside the video frame for online meetings and still it picks up voice well.

Steady build and it's easy to use. Plug and play and you're ready to go. There's a program you can download too to update the firmware. I was able to take the mic off the stand and mount it onto a shock mount. Great for podcasting and gaming.

Red Onyx Blue Yeti

My audio on my Zoom calls have improved SO much! While using the microphone, it does not pick up my friends voices coming out of my computer speakers while on Zoom. Which means no echoing or feedback. The size is really nice with this model. Compared to the original Blue Yeti model, this one is more compact for easier transporting, plus it takes up less space on your desk. I love the Red Onyx color of this one. I am very happy with the audio quality as well.

I love the fact that you can change the input pattern of the mic to optimize it for one user or multiple simultaneous users. You can also plug in your headphones directly to the bottom of the mic which has a standard 3.5mm port. If you plug in earphones, the mute button on the mic doubles as volume control for it. Combine all these features with a sturdy build, and this mic is a winner. And it’s not super expensive!!!

Good Entry Level Mic

It has a smaller foot print than other Yeti's and arguably better sound. My only issue with it was that no matter my settings it was always picking up my keyboards strokes!
