Posted .Hello, Very sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the Blue Yeti Nano microphone. It sounds like you need to turn down the gain for your microphone, which will help with the sensitivity. Either that or change the pickup pattern that you're using from Omnidirectional to Cardioid which you can do by toggling the switch on the back. To change the gain, you'll need to download Blue's Sherpa app. Here's the link for the download: https://www.bluemic.com/en-us/products/sherpa/. Posted .Hello, Jentuck4! I'm sorry to hear you were having issues with your Yeti Nano. It sounds like when you plugged in your headphones to the Yeti Nano it was using the microphone monitoring feature. This feature plays back anything that the microphone picks up so you can hear yourself. You can turn this down using the knob on the front of the microphone or by using our Logitech G Hub software. Doesn't work with MS Teams.

Disappointing Performance

Unfortunately I have a hum in the background that I can't attribute to anything but the microphone itself.

defective nano

It is defective and had to return. I get another and see if it works better.
