I use this as my daily mic with my desktop computer. I use it for video calling and gaming and have no complaints with it. It's also a lovely blue, which is my favorite color. This mic is also plug and play, so there is no software configuration or drivers to worry about. Flawless mic and I highly recommend.

The Yeti Mic was all i expected and more. I have used it in producing videos and the sound is great. I have used it in webinars and have gotten compliments about how well it sounds. It is substantial, Easy to use, Very economical, and produces high quality sound.

Had trouble with the USB port, employee helped trade-in for a new one no problem. Now it works perfectly and completes my setup nicely!

I already had one, but during the start of the pandemic when I started working from home my wife fell in love with it too. When my office opened back up she needed one for her work from home, so here we are. Great sound, reasonable price, and easy to use (I even use it on my iPad with an adapter!) The only recommendation I have is to get it off it's stand and get a pop filter. A $10-20 pop filter eliminates popping when you pronounce hard consonants and is well worth it. The other other possible problem is bumping the desk this is on while you record will produce loud sounds as well. The cheapest way to fix it is to set it on a small pillow or folded towel, but this is a bit unstable. Instead, get yourself a real mic stand (maybe even with a shock mount, but not 100% essential) and you'll be able to record without being in fear of bumping your desk the whole time. if you're on a super tight budget you can get something decent for less, but if you've got the budget for the Yeti get it - you won't regret your purchase.

I purchased this after my VP of Technology recommended the branx to me. I went with this model as the price was pretty good and the setup is easy. I was impressed with thd clear, consistent sound, as well as the dashboard software that comes with it. You can do many things on the dashboard, such as adjust the equalizer, change the sound of your voice, and skme othed cool things. Great product great price!

The Yeti microphones are an absolute joy to have in our studio. They really enhance the level of sound on our videos. However, they are rather large. The setup is easy enough, and the instructions have words and pictures (helpful for some folks that seemingly can't read). If you follow the pictures, you're golden. I bought two of these thinking I would need more than one for the setup we chose. We didn't. We just needed one, based on the mode that allows one microphone for two people having an interview. Great product all around, just wish it was a little lighter.

I use the Blue Yeti for work from home, and it’s been fantastic. The sound quality is clear and professional, which makes a big difference in meetings and recordings. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST BUDGET MIC! if you learn how to tune your mic and settings if your streaming with it you can make it sound like an xlr mic without spending a pretty penny amazing sound !

I needed an external mic for internet music lessons. The mic in the laptop and two external mics I purchased were great for speech but filtered out my piano. Surprise! So did my iPhone. What was going on? This Blue Yeti works great for music and speech and gives me several setup options. I like the price, too.

Works as expected. Easy to setup. Control knobs are accessible with little to no difficulty. Sound capture patterns on single knob for easy switching. Construction is made from hefty sturdy metal. Can be positioned upright or pointed at a lowered angle for shelf placement. USB connection powers the unit without additional power input source. No additional software required but can be useful for sound editing. May be considered large and heavy. Can be removed from included base frame stand and mounted to a swivel arm apparatus. Sound capture quality is very good for price. Plug and play.

If I’m being honest, this Blue Yeti is the first in what I hope will be a long line of microphones in my collection. I’ve just started diving into the world of audio and recording—something that’s been high on my list of interests for a long time—and so far, this mic hasn’t let me down. There’s definitely a learning curve when it comes to getting things like compression, reverb, and gain just right. But honestly, it reminds me of those old TVs with all the tuning dials—you need to spend a little time fine-tuning to get that perfect result, and that’s part of the experience. My only real gripe is the outdated USB connection. I had to buy an adapter to work with my newer computer that primarily uses USB-C. For a mic that still holds its place in modern setups, I expected a more current connection standard. That said, performance-wise? No complaints. It delivers exactly what I hoped for, and I’m excited to keep learning and improving with it.

I design and create eLearning from my home office and need a good microphone for recording narrations. The Yeti Blue meets all of my needs. It is plug and play with usb and simple to use with Audacity software. I would recommend that you get a pop filter to use with it. My only complaint is with shipping. They put the Yeti box (about 12” x 6” x 6”) in a shipping box way too large (24” x 18” x 18) with just a couple of air pillows. The box had gotten smashed in and the mic box was sliding around in the oversized box. Thankfully the mic wasn’t damaged, but only because Yeti had it packed well. Best Buy, remember, use the right tool (or in this case box) for the right job!

The yeti is incredibly high quality. There are lots of accessories that make it even better. Even the Blue mic mixer which lets you mess around with the audio until it sounds exactly how you need it to.

Purchased one for my oldest grandson and he loves it. Age 24. Just purchased another for my second to oldest grandson for Christmas. I know he'll love it. Sound quality great, ease of use fantastic . It's a good weight..quality plus!!

I bought this microphone for my wife to use in her online webinars and classes. This mic is excellent for her and has greatly improved the audio quality of her sessions. She is amazed at the added quality, especially when she reviews the recordings. We have tried all of the different patterns, based on the type of session she is doing, and it works great across the board. There are better microphones out there, but for the price, this one gives the best bang for the buck. We definitely recommend this microphone! It is a great bargain.
