I settled and bought it anyways. Out of the box, the headphone jack didn’t line up with the hole on the bottom and the included cable did not stay in. The microphone would constantly shut off unless I got the cable to the perfect angle where it could hold itself up. Even when the microphone worked, it picked up every noise (even noises behind it) no matter which setting I had it on. I bought a $25 Amazon mic with a headphone output, usb-c, volume/mic controls, and a noise cancelling setting. It even took up less space on my desk. My friends kept saying how clear it sounded even on default settings. I would avoid paying this price for any microphone because it’s not going to give you real studio performance but it won’t be any better than the cheaper consumer grade equipment.

Even I purchased a different USB cable and tried it but something. I try to contact best buy for the issue still I couldn't. I never regret like this in my purchase from Best Buy. I am a student and because of Covid-19 I am not working right now and it give me additional hardship because I do not have money to purchase other; so it is really difficult for me to spent this much for not working mic. Now I stop working what I planned because of it. I wish Best Buy give me refund.
