In Best Buy there are so many options of mics with different colors and sizes but this mic is the best mic they provide with a fair price.

Five Star plus item. So easy to connect that my fifteen year old son installed it.

I read on a network called "Virginia Voice". I have been doing this reading for the visually and physically handicapped every Thursday for 40 years. The coronavirus has eliminated the ability to record in the studio, so I'm recording my show from home. At first, I got a mike that wasn't efficient enough to produce a recording that was loud enough for the technician at Virginia Voice to broadcast. The Blue Yeti mike costs quite a bit more, but it's been worth every penny! It's like comparing the "toy" mike I had been using to a professional mike!

The microphone is built solid and is good quality. Very sturdy with lots of options to fit your needs. Just remember that it's a condenser microphone and will pick up EVERYTHING. Great product.

This microphone has already served a great purpose. I was looking for a good mic to use as a Christmas for my younger brothers. They have ipads and they use garageband a lot! At first when i bought it, i thought i'd have to take it back to the store, until i realized that the usb plugin for computers (its a USB mic) could be converted to lightning cables with an adapter. Voila! Turns out that Best buy was also the ONLY store in a range of 10 miles that even had usb to lightning adapters! got an adapter as well the net day at the same store and went home on christmas eve very much satisfied and impressed with best buy in General.

Very happy with this microphone. I use it daily for zoom and youtube live. This microphone has solved the thin sound and “room” sound during broadcasts. My audio is clear, full, and the ambient noise of tye room is all but gone. I’m exceedingly happy with tye anility to define the microphone pattern. I use a USB-C adapter to plug it into my Mac. In a nutshell im exceedingly happy.

The Yeti, is a very high fidelity microphone, it has tunable directionality, and maintains balance when even significantly off axis. I set it on my desk and can dictate with the best fidelity and accuracy I have ever experienced. t's easy to set up, merely connect the included cable into both the microphone and usb port on your PC. The instructions are very clear and briefly describes the different modes the microphone has. What I really like about it is that it also tells you what the different modes are recommended for.

My wife has used this microphone for over 5 years for streaming and for recording audio books. Still going strong. Great quality.

This mic is easy to use and the sound quality is awesome.

Performed extremely well. Different modes is very useful. If anything it can be too sensitive picking up singing insects through closed windows, computer fan etc. Plan accordingly.

My wife is using it for medical dictation in a quiet office. Works extremely well she says. Saved $300 over the programs recommended mic. Plug and play and program recognized it. One thing is the mic gain is confusing since it's on the back so keep that in mind when adjusting so it's backwards if you don't actually turn the mic around. I have it at 75 in a quiet office and she is about 3 foot from it and seems optimal.

I have only had this for a short period of time but it makes all the difference in the world. Great item especially for the price point. Highly recommend it to anybody wanting or needing a microphone.

Great for recording voice audio for different purposes,

If you're going to spend the money, you'll likely find yourself wanting to spend more or wishing you got something different. Therefore 1) Consider that you may want to also get a scissor boom stand, a shock absorber, and a pop filter. 2) If you're going to end up spending that much, you may as well consider other products. 3) If you're sure that you don't want to spend a lot of money, consider a lavalier microphone. I imagine they come with fewer hidden costs and are less likely to seduce you into wanting to spend more. I got the blue yeti bundled with a Logitech camera. I've used it a few times and like it. I've bought some lavalier microphones to test out. I expect to blue yeti to resort to being a backup mic with the option to enhance it with gear in the future if I want to. But in my case I expect the lav mics to be used more due to convenience, but we'll see.

I purchased this to record voiceover for some training I was putting together and I was very happy with the quality. I did use it in a homemade sound box and the quality was great. Highly recomment.
