Whenever I streamed with the TONOR, which was a great mic to start out with, I had to be very close to the mic. But the Yeti picks up my voice very well and I even use it for virtual meetings. It doesn't feel cheap and it's very easy to use. I also love that all I have to do is plug it in to use it, not extra software needed. So far, so good!

I couldn’t be happier with my setup. I don’t like wearing headphones with a mic as these give me a headache after an hour or so. This mic has a knob that you can adjust so that it picks up sound from distinct directions if you would like. It can be loud upstairs and other rooms but no one at my virtual meetings has complained or noted all of the noise I hear. This is super awesome!

The variable settings allow for tuning to different types of use - a single voice recording for podcasts, two voices for an interview, musical (instrumental or vocals) and just recording everything in a room. Thus far, I am very impressed. I'm using it an average of twice a day, people have been very happy with the performance. I count this as a good purchase.
