I use this mic for virtual training and recording and its sensitivity is just perfect. You have three settings for the location of the speaker/performer(s) that give you even better options for good recording. The USB-A connection works on my M1-power MacBook Pro.

I watched a lot of YouTube videos to get some guidance on how to use this microphone, but it is really easy to use. I recommend a USB microphone for anyone who is just starting out in podcasting.

The Shure series is standard however; I had read about this brand and it was one of the Deal of the Day items so I scooped it up. What a great mic...slight learning curve but once you get the hang of the settings and some controls this thing is fantastic...also great benefit is it is plug n play to almost any device!

It is a little large so the smaller version may be a better buy if thats an issue but at the timeof purchase, they were the same price so i went with this one
