I have spent the last two weeks trying to get either the items or my money back. Between chat, in person manager at local store and the call center, noone seems to be able to cancel the order or solve the problem. They have all said there is some sort of systen error or glitches they can not figure out. I have multiple ticket numbers from it being escalated to try to resolve, yet nothing. At this point I feel like my money was stolen.

As soon as I can get proper Geek Squad assistance I suppose I'll try again. I purchased the unit to assist in my work from home endeavors with Freshman College students.

A plastic-looking piece inside the camera is broken. Now I have to wonder if Best Buy will replace the camera, is not even 2 months old!! Barely used but after the 30 days guarantee :(
