USB thing in back broke after couple months had to ram to blue Took awhile and their customer service was great on replacement though

I think they need to move with time and change that old mini USB b to a regular USB so we cant connect it directly to our phone. As it stands it only a computer mice and not an iPhone. The floor guy also misguides me and makes me buy lightning to USB for iPhone but as it turns out it needs a male-female USB then the adaptor so it needs three different types of cable to plug it to the phone. They should put a regular USB as an outlet.

The microphone is great, I’m very happy with the purchase. It works well and I’m happy with the quality of the device and the sound. However the UBISOFT promotional code I received has an expiration date on it of September 30 of 2019. I cannot use it and I purchased it 6/3/2020! Very poor customer care to put in a long since expired promotional code.

This microphone provides much more consistent volume and modulation than what my desktop unit provides. Makes your presence in those Zoom meetings more powerful.

With this mic it got three stars for the following: 1) controls to help the reverb and echoes are software based. 2) no notes in the box or sticker or even a pop up to say hey update the firmware and your mic might work better. Even a hey you might want to hook it up to a sound board and use software to edit out white noise 3) hardware controls like on the yeti would have made this snow ball better 4) instructions are both clear and abstract at the same time

This microphone is a great starting microphone for any beginner. The quality sometimes feels cheap but it works very well.

Although not an top shelf item it works well with no hassle installation. Got a kick of using it, has an old school feeling.

This was the first mic I used for my podcast. Almost perfect, you’ll need to buy a pop filter for the mic.

This mic is alright, decent quality. it is a little big and the stand is not that great.

My son uses this to help produce YouTube videos. He loves it. Never fails. Over a year now and going strong.

Great product this was a replacement purchase after my 7 yr old dropped and broke the connector part on the 1st mic we bought.

Very helpful in a time of need. The fact that it is a USB microphone is considerably a worthy reason of keeping this around.

The product works great and looks amazing. However, I bought it on Black Friday because of the $20 Ubisoft credit that came with the mic ($70+ value for $50). The date on the Ubisoft credit had expired 2 months prior. Best Buy and any retailer for that matter should not advertise products that have promos that are expired.

I was very please with the quality and price for this speaker. I love it and I'm glad I finally got it. It's an awesome speaker.
