Hard to adjust sound

I had trouble adjusting the sound the way I wanted it. There are no buttons on the mic so every adjustment must be done through the pc.

Sorry to hear that your discount code was already expired. What I found for you in the "Bundle Video Game Download/Coupon Redemption Terms & Conditions" was that the Download Code or Coupon must be redeemed (i.e. downloaded and account activated if required) no later than the date indicated on the box of the Eligible Product, unless the redemption period is extended by the Game Owner at its sole discretion. Questions related to redemption of the Download Code or Coupon will be resolved by the Game Owner in its sole discretion, and the Game Owner’s decisions will be final and binding for both parties. Therefore, you will need to contact Ubisoft to redeem your discount code, which you are clearly entitled to. I have attached Ubisoft's contact info here; https://support.ubisoft.com/en-gb/Contact

However, I found the built-in mic on my Surface Pro was actually better sounding than this. NOt worth the $$.

don't buy

Has no additional sounds settings like the 40 dollar one at WALMART has. Voice sounds hallow and deep for gaming. Returning and buying a different product.

Not picking up audio at all and expired code

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this microphone early December and since then I’ve had many problems with it, when I first got the box it had a hole in it as if someone tried to put their hands in it but I didn’t think to much of it. The code was expired in September and I got this in December!! The first couple of days it wasn’t picking up audio and then it finally started to work perfect fine but now it’s doing the same thing it did when I first got it and now it’s just getting really annoying. Unless I can figure out a solution for this I really don’t recommend this product ):

Did not perform as advertised.

During multiple emails with tech support they had me doing things that were not available to this mic. They finally got the hint when I told them for the fourth time it was a Snowball Ice not a Yeti. Their response was for me to buy the more expensive Yeti, not make this one work right. I will be returning it and buying another brand.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Snowball iCE. Might I suggest downloading Blue's Sherpa software, which is free (https://www.bluedesigns.com/products/sherpa/). This software allows you to customize your mic settings, from gain to polar patterns.

I recommend checking your computer's sound settings and also please check the settings of the applications that you are using to play audio. The product listed above is the Snowball iCE USB Microphone. There are no speakers on this mic. You will want to either use a headset, built in, or external speakers for the playback and monitoring of audio when using the Snowball iCE USB Microphone. The Blue Sherpa software supports the Snowball iCE's settings and updates. You will want to also check the settings for the applications/programs that are utilizing the Snowball iCE as an audio input. Please feel welcome to visit the Logitech support website for further assistance with the Blue Snowball iCE mic, PC Speakers and any other Logitech products.

The Blue Yeti does offer a much higher quality sound due to the fact that they have 3 capsules as opposed to just the one for the Snowball iCE.
